Vinification method: Winemaker Philippe Brand joined forces with his father in 2006, bringing new life to their Alsatian vineyard from his experiences in Burgundy at Domaine de Montchovet, in Greece on Peloponnese Island, and in Australia in the Barossa Valley.
For "Tout Terriblement," the Gewürztraminer grapes are harvested from clay-limestone soils and macerate on the skin in whole bunches for 14 days. They then age for 12 months in oak barrels before bottling with no fining, filtering, or added S02.
