Vinification method: Laurent Lebled is not your typical vigneron. His passion has always been wine but life had him traveling down another path before winemaking became a reality. He worked for 30+ years as a wood merchant but the 2008 recession left him jobless and this opened the door to follow his passion of becoming a winemaker. This uniquely whole-cluster carbonic maceration Sauvignon Blanc is crafted in the Laurent Lebled style. Whole-clusters in small crates are placed in concrete tanks, where an extended 12 day carbonic maceration occurs before pressing and racking to fiberglass. No sulfur is added to the wine at any point.
