Vinification method: We met Jaryn Nespor last year and after tasting his wines, we invited him to participate at our Orange Glou Fair 2022. We chatted a bit later via email and we knew we wanted to do something together...but Jaryn hated the idea that his signature "sun glasses" would not be on the label. In the end we won the battle and we couldn't be happier! The wine is made from old vine "red" Sylvaner. The grape is pink skinned just like Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, Roditis and many others. The wine is aged for 10 months in Czech ceramic amphora. Unfined and unfiltered, tiny amount of So2 added under 10mg.
