Shipping policy

We do our best to make the delivery process as seamless as possible for you. We ship weekly on Tuesdays and all orders that come in by Monday at midnight are shipped that week. Subscriptions are shipped in the middle of the month.

Here is some more information about our shipping:

• Someone aged 21 or over must be available to sign for and accept your delivery.
• Unfortunately we cannot ship to the following states: Arkansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, South Dakota or Utah.
• International shipping is currently unavailable.
• Extreme heat and cold may affect the shipping times of your order and we may wait to ship in the event of an extreme weather event. 
• We offer a few different shipping options depending on where you live in the United States. The price will be reflected when you check out, but you can view the information here:
• Please allow 7-10 days for orders to the West Coast. 
• If you’re local to the New York City area, you can come to the shop to pick up your order. Membership boxes are ready for pickup beginning on the 5th of every month; other orders are available the same day, just give us a call.

Shipping rates vary based on the number of bottles in your order.

For New York State orders only, sales tax of 8.875% is applied to your order.
